UAH Healer Training

The UAH offers prospective Students a two year course in healing and was one of the first healing organisations to reach accreditation standard (out of 40 plus registered with UK Healers) that has, so far, had all its organisations' paperwork, including our Training Manuals and training methods, accepted as being of a level for full accreditation to UK Healers.

The course is recognised to be at NVQ Level 4 standard and is intended to develop both personal and spiritual growth alongside the development of healing skills and techniques. It is presented by UAH approved Trainers of whom a very high standard is expected.

Some of the areas the course covers:

Healing in the Past
Self Awareness, Responsibility and Healing
Other Healing Therapies
The Nature of Healing
The Role of the Healer
Protection
Explaining Healing to a New Patient
Attunement and the Healing Procedure
Practical Healing Guidelines
Absent Healing
Incarnation, Reincarnation and Karma
Positive and Negative Thinking
Relaxation and Meditation in Healing
About Death
Understanding Energies
Meridians and Healing
The Chakras and Healing
The Aura
Giving Healing to Animals
Record Keeping
Anatomy and Physiology
Basic Councelling
UAH Constitution, Code of Conduct
Healing and the Law

Applications for healer training are very welcome. If you are seriously considering training you might find it useful to consider the following questions:

Do you have a genuine desire to help others?

Are you empathetic with those in need?

If you have preconceived ideas about healing, do you think that you are flexible enough to perhaps change these as the course progresses, to the extent that this may well change your life?

Do you think that you can surrender your ego to allow the channel for healing to open up?

Are you able to commit yourself regularly to training over a two year period? (The organisation and frequency of sessions will vary from trainer to trainer.)

Areas where training is currently offered

Devon: South West Devon

Welcome to qualified healers

If you are a fully qualified healer having undertaken UK Healers-recognized training, we would be happy to welcome you to the UAH.

We also invite those with at least 2 years experience as a qualified practitioner, and who wish to start a training programme in their area, to apply to join us as a trainer on this well-developed course which has been officially recognised by UK Healers.

It is intended that all healer trainers will receive support and help, through a variety of measures, including attendance at seminars, support groups and other activities. The objective is to help students achieve both a high standard in their work, and to grow and develop themselves.
